MT Fitness Group Training classes are affordable, highly personal, and results driven fitness program. With a max of 8 clients per session, small group personal training is a highly effective regimen.

Your fitness trainer will lead your group to coach you through exercises on everything from rowers, cable system, dumbbells, functional training, core and more.

In an article by Daily mail, a vascular surgeon from London had mentioned that “undertaking vigorous exercise without building it up in a planned manner can cause intense growth in the blood pressure, leading to the imbalance between the demand for oxygen by the heart muscle and the ability of the coronary arteries to supply it”.

This proves that without health assessment done previously and understanding the needs of the body and when the body needs it, engaging in high-intensity workout and training might result in disorder in the body.

Middle-aged men and women have suddenly become health conscious and hit the gym as well, involving themselves in rigorous exercise routines without any prior preventive health checkup, but what they do not realise is that these exercise routines can affect their heart to a great extent.

Apart from exercise regimes, cycling for more than one hour continuously strains the hip joint to a great extent which might result in wear and tear unless there is a certain amount of training involved.

Cross Fit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.
From there we will pair you up with a coach that will walk you through the 90-Minute Intro Session. With this coach you will cover how to warm up, learn how to do some of the movements that you’ll see inside of workouts, and go over all the processes of what makes us special. We will help you work with any injuries or modifications.

After your Intro Session your coach will still be in touch for the next 30 days. We will send you an Email or message every night with the next day’s work out, advice for that workout, and a little piece of CrossFit knowledge. Our 90-Minute Intro Session will arm you with the confidence and knowledge to be successful in group classes.

Zumba

Zumba is an intense workout with dance moves and that go with the music in the background. It is designed with a combination of high and low energies with appropriate intervals for cardiovascular fitness. Zumba is a fun, high-energy workout experience that keeps you excited to exercise—and coming back for more.

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the rhythms take over, you'll see why MT Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
